For those of you who are interested, find our Gear List below.  Erik is one of the most gifted thrift store shoppers out there.  Much of our gear was either purchased from, or made/enhanced with thrift store finds.  We want anyone out there thinking about becoming hikers to know that you can do it.  While it can be expensive, there are lots of ways to save on gear, or make your own.  Seek out forums and blogs to learn anything from adding support to a day pack to sewing your own hammock and pack cover!
